Our hybrid Nordic curl and back-extension bench. Designed to unlock your first Nordic curl. Four different inclines – pick a height based on your starting strength level and lower the bench as you get stronger. Our unique design allows you to strengthen the bottom part of the Nordic curl (normally the hardest part) at a reduced intensity. Also great for dragon flags, sit-ups and 45-degree back extensions from the top incline setting. We use thick foam to make it comfy on your knees and changing the height only takes a few seconds.
