CHANGE THE TENSION
Bands use the principle of accommodating resistance; they increase the resistance at the parts of the exercise where you are stronger. Decrease the band length to increase the difficulty.
You get two (2) BaseBands. Scale the exercise based on your strength level. Compatible with all BaseBlocks products.
- Light Band: 50lbs. / 0.85” thick
- Medium Band: 65lbs. / 1.25” thick
