REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
Products are meant to last a lifetime. If you experience any issues with your product/s, reach out to us immediately and we will provide you with replacement parts.
Please check for loose items before discarding your packaging. Each of our products includes an assembly manual which includes all the parts that should be in your order. If you are missing any parts, please email hello@baseblocks.fit with your order number and we’ll send over what's missing.
If you experience any difficulty assembling or using your product, let us know. Please email your order number and a photo/video of the issue you are having to hello@baseblocks.fit.
Couriers can sometimes be rough. If your order has any damage upon receipt, please reach out and let us know. Please email your order number, a photo of the damage, and a picture of the box to hello@baseblocks.fit.
Note: we will only cover damage from shipping within 48-hours of your order being delivered.
