MEET THE TRAINERS
One of the world’s leading calisthenics coaches, Simon also has a background in Physiotherapy. He knows the human body back to front, and is an expert at getting people really, really strong.
As a former Junior Olympics gymnast, Danielle took her experience as both coach and competitor into fitness. She brings a high energy to coaching and uses calisthenics exercises that combine strength and skill.
After competing in track and field as a teenager and serving in the Marine Corps, Dan moved into coaching calisthenics full-time. His superhuman strength is the product of using systems, rather than bro-science.

We know you’re busy. Workouts are 30-45 minutes depending on the goal of the workout.
