All orders placed before 3PM EST ship the same day (Mon-Fri).
Orders placed after 3PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states. We currently do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or outlying islands. We have secured a warehouse in Ottawa and now offer free shipping for all Canadian orders. That also means no customs duties or taxes (Yay!).
Shipping takes 2-5 days. We have warehouses in Salt Lake City, Knoxville, and Ottawa. Your order will ship from the warehouse closest to your delivery address (subject to stock availability).
US orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post.

We currently don't offer shipping outside of the US or CA at checkout. If you would like us to provide you with a shipping quote, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full shipping address and the product/s you are looking to order.
All orders are automatically pulled from our website into a shipping queue. Please email email@example.com your order number to remove your order from the shipping queue. If we cannot remove your order from the shipping queue, you will need to start a return when the order arrives.
