We offer free shipping to all states and territories in the US, along with outlying islands.

We normally ship orders within 24 hours. However, due to Covid-19, shipments are subject to delays.

After orders are dispatched, orders to the east coast take 2-3 days, and orders to the west coast take up to 6-days. Outlying islands may take up to 8-10 days.

We use FedEx and UPS. If you would like to request a specific carrier, please email hello@baseblocks.fit before placing your order. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Due to extended delivery times from Covid-19, we have temporarily disabled international shipping from our checkout. If you would like to proceed with an order, please email hello@baseblocks.fit with the products you are interested in and full shipping address and we can provide a manual quote.

After your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an email with tracking information. If your order has not arrived by 1 business day after the scheduled delivery day, please contact FedEx or UPS directly.

All orders are automatically pulled from our website into a shipping queue. Please email hello@baseblocks.fit your order number to remove your order from the shipping queue. If we cannot remove your order from the shipping queue, you will need to start a return when the order arrives.
