Slide the bar up or down to adjust the height, or slide the Rings to the side to use as a pull-up bar. Lightweight, portable with foldable feet for compact storage.

Designed to remove the setup time between changing heights. Flip the height to use at the low or high setup. Perfect for rows, leg raises, pull-ups and levers.
Our OG. Two heights for the same exercises as the BaseBar Flip, but changing the heights takes a few minutes. Rotating feet for flat storage.
