The dual-height pull-up bar with zero setup – just flip it to change heights. Perform hanging exercises like chin-ups and leg raises from the high bar (54”) or rows and levers from the low bar (35”). The top height prevents you from swinging or kipping, making you practice perfect technique, with an option of using your feet for assistance if you are just getting started.
