THE WALL BARS SETUP

1. ASSEMBLE THE BASE

First, Connect the Triangle Plate (B) to the Base Main (A).
Parts: M10 x 65mm screw (x2) with M10 caps (x2).

Second, Connect the Angled Support Bar (C) to the Upright Bottom (E).
Parts: Wrench Screw 65mm (1) with M10 cap (x1).

Note: Make sure the head of the screw is underneath the base or the unit will be unstable.

2. CONNECT UPRIGHT

First, Connect Upright Bottom (E) to Triangle Plate (B).
Parts: M10 x 65mm (x1) with M10 cap (x1).

Second, Connect Angled Support Bar (C) to Upright Bottom (E).
Parts: M10 x 65mm (x1) with M10 cap (x1) and Washer (x1)

3. ATTACH HORIZONTAL BARS

First, Connect the bottom of the Horizontal Bars (D) to the Triangle Plate (B), through the Bottom Upright (E).
Parts: M10 x 70mm (x1) with M10 cap (x1).

Second, Connect the top of the Horizontal Bars (D) to the Bottom Upright (E).
Parts: M10 x 65mm (x1) with M10 cap (x1) and washer (x1).

Note: The head of the screw should be on the outside of the upright.
A washer is used between the head of the screw and upright.

4. BUILD UPRIGHTS

Join Top Upright (F) to the Bottom Upright (E).
Parts: M8 x 16mm (x6).

Note: There are NO CAPS used in this step.

Detail: There are no screws on the inside of the uprights - this section is intentionally left flat for the horizontal bars installation.

5. INSTALL HORIZONTAL BARS

Fix the remaining Horizontal Bars (D) to the Uprights (E).
Parts: M10 x 65mm (x8) with M10 cap (x8) and washer (x8).

Note: The head of the screw should be on the outside of the upright. A washer is used between the head of the screw and upright.

6. ASSEMBLE OVERHEAD BARS

Connect two Single Bars (H) to the Pull-up Bar Bracket (G).
Parts: M8 x 16mm (x8) with M8 cap (x8).

7. CONNECT PULL-UP BAR BRACKET

Position the Rectangle Bracket (1) on the outside of the Top Upright (F), and the Pull-up Bar Bracket (G) on the inside of the Top Upright (F).
Parts: M10 x 65mm (x1) with M10 cap (x1).

Note: Use top hole only.

8. INSTALL FINAL BAR

Attach the remaining Single Bar (H) at the bottom of the Pull-up Bar Bracket (G).
Parts: M8 x 70mm (x4) with M8 cap (x4).
