The BaseBlocks Trainer was our very first product. Meet the upgraded model, re-designed by Georges St-Pierre. The BaseBlocks Trainer Pro allows you to perform upper body and core workouts. The uprights have a small amount of instability to simulate gymnastics rings to build strength and stability at the same time. Adjusts to five heights; perform hanging exercises (chin-ups, leg raises) at the tallest setting and lockout exercises (dips, L-sits) at the lowest level. Quick release uprights for a speedy setup and foldable legs for compact storage – perfect for home.
