Built for explosive/swinging exercises. Assembled at three heights (7.8”, 37.4” and 59”). Perform parallettes, parallel bars and high bar exercises. Requires a bit more floor space (63” x 37”) and is not designed to be stored after use.
Perform any upper body exercise. Width adjustable, two heights (36” and 51”) and requires less floor space (41” x 33”). Setup in about 5 minutes and stores flat with rotating feet. Perfect for upper body workouts in small spaces.
